ISO/IEC 9001 – Quality Management
This standard specifies requirements for a quality management system. This standard acts as the validation and verification process, to which it oversees our27001 and 2000-1 processes. Its objective is to ensure that we are not only successfully meeting our objectives for our customer but also ensuring that we are doing it properly and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Successfully implementing enterprise operations without validating its effectiveness is useless.
These standards revolve around providing enterprise class processes, to ensure that enterprise computing centers are able to provide the highest level of reliability and availability to the systems that are hosted within their facility. Anybody can manage a server or configure network device, but it takes a special team of people to be able to put all of the pieces together within a large-scale enterprise computing environment and ensure that a change made in one area does not inadvertently impact something in a different area.
